In our vegetable garden, next to Cucina San Salvatore, we grow vegetables, legumes and seasonal produce every day, following the natural rhythms of the land and the biodiversity of Cilento. These ingredients become soups, veloutés and side dishes, prepared according to simple, genuine recipes that enhance the authentic taste of freshly picked produce. Each dish is a way to bring the freshness of the garden and the truth of our daily work to the table.
