First Courses
Fresh San Salvatore pasta is made every morning in our workshop, where Cilento tradition meets the daily care of our pasta makers. We use Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina from our estate fields, water and, when required, fresh eggs from the San Salvatore henhouses. Every dough is worked with patience and respect, to offer light, authentic dishes full of the flavor of our land.

In our vegetable garden, next to Cucina San Salvatore, we grow vegetables, legumes and seasonal produce every day, following the natural rhythms of the land and the biodiversity of Cilento. These ingredients become soups, veloutés and side dishes, prepared according to simple, genuine recipes that enhance the authentic taste of freshly picked produce. Each dish is a way to bring the freshness of the garden and the truth of our daily work to the table.

Our pastry kitchen preserves the dialogue between Italian tradition and the spirit of Cilento. San Salvatore desserts are made with buffalo milk, henhouse eggs and flour from our own supply chain, prepared according to recipes that change with the seasons and the creativity of the day. Every dessert is a sincere story: fresh, artisanal and tied to the timing of our production.
